Internal Reinforcement System

  1. Stainless Stay Rods (SUS 304/SUS 316):
    These rods internally brace the GRP panels, distributing water pressure evenly and preventing panel deformation.

  2. Chlorine-Resistant Roof Bolts:
    To withstand exposure to chlorine gas inside potable water tanks, stainless steel bolts or PVC-capped bolts are used, especially for roof panel assemblies.

External Reinforcement System

For tanks up to 3 meters in height, AQUOSYS offers a non-internal reinforcement design, eliminating internal bracing components to:

  • Enhance water cleanliness

  • Facilitate easier cleaning and maintenance

  • Avoid potential rusting in high-chlorine environments

For tanks above 3.5 meters, optimized internal bracing is introduced to maintain structural stability under high hydrostatic pressure, while still prioritizing accessibility and hygiene.
